Our Story
Stratus Government Services was founded by Terrence Morris, a proud U.S. Navy veteran with 5 years of military service and over 12 years of Information Technology experience. After serving his country in uniform, Terrence continued his mission to serve by establishing SGS in a small town in North Carolina.
Drawing from the discipline, leadership, and problem-solving skills honed in the Navy, Terrence built SGS on a foundation of integrity, excellence, and unwavering commitment to mission success. What started as a vision to bring military-grade precision to government contracting has grown into a trusted partner for federal, state, and local agencies nationwide.
